What is your cancellation policy?

One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $300.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

How far is the home from Walt Disney World?

We are located in the Windsor Hills Resort, just 3.4 miles from our door to Walt Disney World. On average it takes around 7 minutes to drive there.

What is Windsor Hills?

Windsor Hills is a premium resort community that offers short-term rentals, situated next to Walt Disney World, that has been internationally renowned and loved for the past 20 years. Guests come back year after year and tell us how wonderful the amenities available are and especially how close they are located to the parks.

What does the resort offer?

How far is the home from the Clubhouse or the Sports amenities?

We are proud to say we have one of the best locations in Windsor Hills. Our home is a 4 minute walk from the Clubhouse and a 5 minute walk to the Sports Courts.

At what time is the check-in/check-out and how does it work?

Our check-in is at 4pm and the checkout is by 10am. After you book with us, you’ll receive an email 5 days before arrival with all the instructions on how to reach the home. 

Do you offer pool heat?

Yes we offer it for the pool and the spa and it’s always included!

Are the bedrooms on the ground floor or on the upper floor?

There’s one bedroom on the ground floor and the rest are on the upper floor. Here is a layout of the home:

 

Are there beach towels available at the home?

Yes, we have many beach towels and beach equipment available for the guests. You can enjoy a day at the beach and have your beach chairs and umbrellas with you.

Is there a drip coffee maker at the home?

Yes, the home has a Keurig K-Duo. It can be used with K-cups for single serves or it can make 12 cups as a drip coffee maker.

Does the kitchen come with utensils and dishes?

Our kitchen is fully equipped, just like at home, from dishes, pots and pans to utensils, Disney mugs and everything else in between.

Is there a crib available?

We have a pack’n’play at the home that is available. 

Is there a BBQ?

We offer a hassle free BBQ rental for guests. A 4-burner gas grill, propane tank and including final cleanup can be provided for stays that are 7 nights or longer. Please select this option upon check-out.
